It remains the duty and obligation of the Purchaser/s to ensure the product/s and or service/s are suitable and correct for the application.

1. VWE will refund or exchange most items provided that:

• Items returned within 7 to 10 Days of purchase date.
• Item must be in its original packaging and condition.
• Item must be unused.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

 

2. Products NOT eligible for return or exchange

• Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to VWE error.
• Specific Special made to Order items.
• Any item that is returned more than 10 days after purchase date.

 

3. Products damaged on delivery

• Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery or collection, please notify VWE of such delivery or collection on sales@vwe.co.za and DO NOT accept for mentioned product or item.

 

4. Exchange

• We do our best to ensure that the products we delivery to you are of high quality and without defect, but if you need to exchange an item please contact us on sales@vwe.co.za and tell us why you would like to exchange the product and one of our sales team members will respond to you mail.
• Goods to be in original packaging and condition.

 

5. Refund or Exchange Approval Process

• Email will be sent to the customer to notify them of product or item has been received by VWE.
• Once VWE has inspected the product and validated your return, VWE will credit the customer account with the purchase price of the product within 10 working days of date of product or item return (or exchange if that is your preference).
• Customer with cash account has the option to be refunded. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5-10 working days after the inspection process to reflect in your account.
• We are entitled to refuse a return or exchange if the returned product or item does not meet section 2. Product NOT eligible for return. Above.
• Any items or product on sale may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
• Handling fee of 10% may be charged.

 

6. Shipping

• To return your product please deliver your product to our factory: 141 Station Road, Brakpan, Gauteng, 1541, South Africa.
• Returnee is responsible for paying shipping costs for the returning of product or item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• Returnee should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. VWE DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your return item.
